What is Y.F.I.T?
Y.F.I.T is a wellness orientation program that is geared for someone who wants to learn how to use the weight machines, cardio equipment and begin a new workout program. As a member we want you to have all the tools and knowledge you need to succeed in your exercise goals.
Y.F.I.T is for members who are new to exercise or for members who want to expand their knowledge of the equipment and classes in our facility.
Y.F.I.T. Initial Assessment
By participating in the Y.F.I.T orientation program you will receive two free appointments with a wellness coach. You will receive a personal assessment and information that will help kick the inactivity habit, build your success as an exerciser and shape your workouts around activities you enjoy.
You will receive a personal assessment that includes height, weight, resting heart rate and blood pressure, a BMI assessment, body fat percentage, and waist and hip circumference.
The initial appointment is designed to get you started and the other appointment is designed to access how you are doing and keep you going in the right direction.
Each session will take 30 minutes to complete.

Y.F.I.T. Rev-Up Package
The Y.F.I.T. rev-up is designed to aide your exercise adherence after your complimentary initial assessment. During these sessions you will work with a trainer to increase your confidence using the equipment, improve form and create a healthy habit of coming into the gym.
Three 30 minute sessions $69

Y.F.I.T. Exercise Prescription
This service is designed for individuals that plan to exercise independently and would like a formal plan to follow. This session includes a meeting with an exercise professional to create a personalized workout plan that will suit your current exercise goals and schedule. During the session we will perform a muscular strength assessment to see which areas need the most improvement. This will include a leg press strength assessment and a chest press strength assessment.
This session will take 45-60 minutes to complete.

Y.F.I.T. Wellness Check-up
Have you completed your complimentary Y.F.I.T Fitness Assessment and wish to see if you have made progress? Our wellness check-up is designed to provide positive reinforcement on your fitness journey by comparing the initial assessment measurements to your current measurements.
We will measure height, weight, resting heart rate and blood pressure, a BMI assessment, body fat percentage, and waist and hip circumference. Following this, participants will be given an explanation of results and will be provided guidance on exercise and basic nutritional recommendations to either maintain or improve health and wellness.
This session will take 45-60 minutes to complete.
