At the Y, we care about your health and we know that how you’re fueling your body is just as important as how you are being physically active. We want to make the journey easier for you to maintain a healthy lifestyle and diet and our nutritionist is available just for that. Complimentary Individual Consultation
Meet with our coach to receive a personalized calorie, protein, carbohydrates, and fat needs, a suggested meal plan according to those needs, and guidance on implementing healthier eating habits. We are also here for disease specific nutrition counseling (diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, allergies, etc).
Nutrition Coaching Packages
We offer nutrition coaching packages to aide you in your wellness journey. These sessions with our holistic nutritionist are to ensure you are reaching your goals and staying on track.
Nutrition Rev-Up Package: 3-30 Minute Nutrition Training Sessions $69 (one time purchase)

8 Week Coaching Package
A well balanced program is the best way to see results and make the health lifestyle changes that are needed to hit your goals. Our 8 week nutrition program allows our Nutrition Coach to work with you on nutrition. This package is a great opportunity for anyone trying to minimize the time it takes to reach a specific weight loss goal and training goal. The package includes (1) personal training sessions and (1) nutrition consultation sessions per week for eight weeks.
8 weeks: $650 (includes 8 nutrition counseling sessions and 8 training sessions, 16 TOTAL sessions)
All sessions are 30 minutes.
