The YMCA is offering one-on-one speed and agility training!
Regardless of the sport, speed and agility training exercises are essential to developing a young athlete’s performance and ability. Agility training exercises help to teach young athletes healthy habits, proper body positioning, balance, coordination, and hand-eye coordination. Our new youth sport’s conditioning is designed to help young athletes reach their full potential and improve confidence when exercising.
Time: 45 Minutes per session
Cost: $200 for 8 sessions
