Orientations
All new, and current, members are encouraged to take advantage of the FREE Health & Wellness orientations to learn the fundamentals of exercise. Members will learn the proper use of the cardiovascular and strength equipment, as well as learning more about our group exercise programs. Even if you already have a routine, or want to try something new, this is for you.

Lifestyle & Fitness Assessments
Let one of our trainers take you through an easy series of tests to determine your current fitness level:

  • Resting heart rate & blood pressure
  • Cardiovascular Endurance
  • Muscular Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Body Composition and Circumference Measurements

All of these are great indicators of health and will help you determine your areas of focus. We will help you set goals and plan the steps you need to take to reach them.

Six Week Wellness Program
Following the initial Health & Wellness Orientation and Lifestyle & Fitness Assessments, take part in our FREE SixWeek Wellness Program. This 30 minute, weekly fitness s

  • Chapel for spiritual growth and personal reflectionsion allows you to meet oneonone with a fitness trainer/assistant to go over your workout regime and to plan for the next session. On the 7th week, fitness assessments will be repeated to see how you have progressed and measured
